Shipping and Returns Policy

Dispatch:

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
  • All orders are shipped via PostNL, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package.
  • We currently only ship to addresses within the Netherlands / Belgium. Please contact us for international shipping requests.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy.
  • You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as you received them, including all packaging and labels.
  • Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us for instructions on returning defective or damaged items.
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund for the full amount of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be credited to your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • For exchange requests, a new item will be shipped to you once your return is received and processed.

Returns and Exchanges (Custom/Printed Items):

  • Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom, printed or tailor-made items unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • All custom, printed or tailor-made items are manufactured especially for you to your specifications and are therefore not suitable for return or exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage.
  • Please carefully check the specifications and details of your custom order before placing it to ensure they are correct.
  • If you have received a defective or damaged custom item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.

Liability:

  • We are not liable for damage or loss of items during the shipping process. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility lies with the shipping company.
  • We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of our products. Always use our products according to the instructions on the label or packaging.
